Description
The Lohengrin-class supercarriers are among the largest and mightiest ships in the entire Central Galactic Navy. Naval operational doctrine is based around these ships, in Carrier Groups defended by battleships, cruisers, and other capital ships. Carriers are used to haul entire army corps, their vehicles, and supplies across vast distances, and then deploy them in massive ground engagements. They also carry an entire space combat wing, with hundreds of interceptors, orbital fighters, and long-range space mecha, as well as dozens of unmanned combat support craft ranging from missile and gunboats to supply craft and reconnaissance drones.
Its massive carrying capacity is not all they are used for; though usually kept in the rear lines of battle, supercarriers are armed to the teeth with hundreds of beam weapon batteries and missile packs. Combined with their heavy armour and powerful shielding, they can make a potent battle-weapon, provided a commander is skilled enough to make full use of its systems. Their main detriment is their low manoeuvrability compared to more nimble combat ships.

If I'm going with the original number of one million, yes. Though I might crank up that number, considering the rather vaguely large scale at which the CGUAF operates.
