APM-02A Kodiak Support Walker

Designed and built as a dedicated artillery support walker, the experimental "Kodiak" is a large, powerful machine. With more armour and a larger power system than any previous mechanized walker, the "Kodiak" weights in at over a hundred tons when fully loaded and equipped. Its bulky legs and frame belies a complex internal structure that keeps the machine balanced, even when walking or using its main hand-held armament, a high-velocity artillery piece that usually fires a tungsten-tipped armour-piercing shell.
The howitzer can also fire chemical shells that disperse clouds of nerve gas; virus dispersal shells that carry influenza strains engineered to affect only certain species; radiological dispersal shells that unleash clouds of radioactive material; tactical nuclear warheads; cluster munition shells; or simple high-explosive shells.
The rear section holds a VLS pack for ground-attack and anti-air missiles; extending from this is a second set of legs, giving the "Kodiak" better stability when traversing adverse terrain than standard bipedal walkers.
